The Bristol Early Years Teaching Hub (BEYTH) provides specialist pedagogical and leadership support to Early Years (EYs) settings / schools in the South West and beyond. We became a National Teaching School in 2012 and have developed a national reputation. Our aim is to promote, share and celebrate outstanding EYs practice as well as championing new learning and thinking based on current research. Our work has three strands: our reputed EYs continuing professional development (CPD) programme delivered by local and national EYs experts; Bespoke leadership development and practitioner to practitioner support; and our Initial Teacher Training programme in which trainees are immersed in the values of the early years.
